 NFL Divot Tool removed and replaced with a NCAA Divot Tool. Feb 09, 2012

This is basically a good product, but I rated it three stars because someone removed the NFL Divot Tool from the packaging and replaced it with an NCAA Divot Tool before it was shipped to me. The NFL Divot Tools have the NFL Insignia on the tool face itself; whereas, the NCAA Divot Tools have just a Triangle on the tool face where the NFL Insignia resides. The package that I received had the Divot Tool with the Triangle and the three Steeler Markers. This interchanging can be done easily because the packaging can be opened and closed without anyone knowing the difference because there are no fasteners between the two halves of the packaging that just snap together. Also, the three Markers are solo pieces for each Team Divot Ensemble and will fit any of the same model Divot Tolls made by this manufacturer; thus, making the interchanging of Divot Tools that much easier. This review is not a bad mark on the product itself. It is a bad mark on the person who packaged my order for not noticing the incorrect Divot Tool, or whom actually interchanged the Divot Tool before putting the item in the box to be shipped!

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my stepdad - he loved it! Great that it can be personalized with the sports fan's favorite team. His is the Steelers. This makes for a great gift - celebrates golf, as well as a favorite sports team! Versatile enough for birthdays, Father's Day, or "just because."
