 Nice lionman, but needs better armament Jan 09, 2011

This lionman is very authentic-looking and detailed. If a lionman really existed, he would look just like this one. The only drawback is the long sword that sticks out from the rest of the figure--it broke off the same day my six-year-old cousin started playing with it.

I was very pleased at th quaity & detail of this figure. It's even larger than I expected. My one disappointment was that the sword isn't removable but that was only wishful thinking. :0)

Great stocking stuffer. Durable 'lion man' can fight with all the other guys..even King Kong! Great imaginary thing.

Bought all of these as a set: Gorilla Mutant, Tiger Man, Mutant Dragon, Rhino Man, Papo Lion Man, Papo Ram Man, Crocodile Man
I have to say Papo makes exceptional toys. The detail on these are amazing. The weapons are removable, which could provide a hazard to really young kids. These make a great collection for older *kids* like me as well. Definitely works of art.

The Papo Lion Man is quite nice. Mine has one bad eye but I think it is fixable. The detail on it is great, it reminds me of old Daggerfall characters. Or if World of Warcraft had a lion man, this guy would fit right in.
