Great item. Customer service had issues Oct 24, 2011

The item itself was beautiful. However, I first received the miniature version of the item. When I contacted Customer service, they advised they would ship the correct item to me- rushed. The item didnt arrive. I contacted them again advising that I still wanted the correct item because I had paid in full for it. They said they had cancelled my order with the factory because they mis-understood me. Finally, a month later I received the correct item. Customer service definitely has some problems. Order at your own risk
