worth the price! Sep 10, 2010
By kclocke I was a little skeptical about paying almost $30 for a towel but I did want an "organic" option and I don't recall there being too many. Well, I loved it so much I purchased a couple more. They are super soft and the most important thing is they dry very quickly! Yes, there are other, cuter baby towels out there but they always feel a bit rough and they are not at as absorbent and tend to stay wet and humid. These bamboo towels seem to dry instantly. Totally recommend it!

Soft, big, and well-priced Aug 18, 2010

We have this towel and the Under the Nile organic cotton one. So far we like this one better, it is holding up better, and it was half the cost. It is not as plush as a cotton towel, but I actually like that about it. It is more like an absorbent swaddling blanket.

Soft but not durable Dec 20, 2011
By D's Mom I love how soft this towel is. However after a few months of use, I see some of the stitching coming apart. I wash on delicate and then hang dry. I think it's not a problem with the item itself but just bamboo. We have a bamboo blanket and that has developed a hole.

Too many problems Apr 26, 2011
By S. Kaprove I received this as a registry gift and was excited to try it out. It was super soft and thick when it was new. Once I tried it on my newborn, I noticed that it is significantly smaller than the other towels we have. After the 4th wash, the hood became shredded. With each subsequent washing, the towel is getting more rough. Now that our baby is 12 pounds, we can barely wrap it around her and it is very short. Overall, not worth the money. The Carter's towels still look brand new after dozens of washes and they are larger, I would go with those instead. This towel is too expensive to have this many issues!

falls apart after 1 washing but soft and baby loves it... Oct 31, 2010
By Emily S Haven't even had a chance to use it yet, washed it delicate cycle and very mild detergent, low tumble dry - a third of the towel is covered with loose strings now. The label actually says to cut those if that happens. This is not what I expected when spending this much.
Update: the baby loves this towel - it's very soft and seems to be a source of comfort. Still disappointed with the multiple threads coming off it every time it's in the washer though.
