This is a comprehensive resume tool which needs improvement in terms of reliability. The tool includes most everything associated with a job search starting with writing the resume (including great examples for resumes and cover letters), various jobs search tools, a contact manager and even salary negotiation suggestions. These options are even complimented with audio and video advice along the way. It's truly one stop shopping! Unfortunately, the application is unstable resulting in crashes leaving the end user with a less than positive experience. Inquiries to the support team are answered two weeks later via email with a link to download the same software which already doesn't work. Consequently, you're left with the impression that any real development concerns are left unheard. This could surely be a beneficial application if only the software company incorporates a more rigorous quality assurance program within its development process.

I purchased this one at a full price of $30. The database of the behavior questions are helpful. You don't need to collect them online by yourself. Don't expect there are answers for these questions from the software. There are some hints to help you.
However, as the previous user reviewed, this software is full of all kinds of bugs. It crashes so frequently that I have never finished one copy for my resume with it. The software won't allow you to modify the resume in the layout it generates. Otherwise, crash will say hello to you again. The software provides functions like saving the resume in a word or pdf format. Whenever I tried to save it as a word file, my personal information like the address, the phone number, and the email etc, will be missing. Saving as a pdf file does not have this problem. But you will need full version of acrobat in order to do some further modification that you can not complete with the resumemaker.
I will go ahead to return this software to the shop I purchased. Good luck to all!

They thought of everything when they designed this software. Resume tools include easy formatting, resume examples, great sample phrases and action words to use to your resume. Includes cover letter templates, virtual interviews, salary calculators and a job search feature that searches thousands of job site and delivers the results right within the program!
This is great software for the price. But BEWARE...it is buggy and has crashed on me numerous times in the resume building section. Save often or you'll be beating your head against the wall. Thus the 4 stars instead of 5. The great tools available make it worth dealing with the bugs.

I installed it with Vista and XP, it does not work well. With Vista it stops frequently, with XP is crazy and deletes all your work.
The support is very poor also, two weeks to answer by mail that you need to download another version. They do not give support by phone or chat to this product.
The software is very rigid. You can look for some resume samples on the internet instead of payin for this.
I am very upset with this purchase.

Software is buggy. Went through the entire resume process, saving at each step. At the end I did a final save, the program locked up and closed down. Upon restarting the program, all my previous work was lost. Thanks for wasting two hours of my life and $30.
