This ice pack is amazing. It is nice and big allowing it to be wrappeed completely around a normal sized adult knee, which is why i bought it. The strap would be nicer if the velcro were continuous, but I havent had any problems being able to secure it where i need to using the noncontinuous squares that it has. It stays put very well if you put it on tightly, allowing you to walk around and not have to hold it on or adjust it. It is great that it also wraps very nicely around your back, allowing for icing of the lower back quite conveniently. I would agree with another review i saw that said to simply keep the ice pack in the strap to freeze it, because the mesh is not the sturdiest stuff, and the edges of the ice pack probably will rip it. I keep the pack in the strap all the time and have had no problems. I would reccommend this to anyone who needed an ice pack that they wanted to be able to strap on to themselves!! I have never tried to heat it up, so I cannot comment on that aspect of it.

Great concept, functional design, stays pretty snug. Only con is the sleeve you slip the ice pack into is a light fishnet type material. No matter how careful you are, sooner or later it is going to snag, once snagged, it will ultimately tear and break down. I cut the sharp corners off the ice packs they sell to use with these but it snagged anyway. Sleeve needs improvement to last as long as actual wrap.

I am an athletic 48 year old woman with bad knees. I have bone on bone arthritis and have had multiple injections to both knees with limited improvement. I have had to ice my knees after every exercise I do, either walking, riding a bike or doing a cycle spin class. I was unable to do stairs. I was frustrated with using ice packs and having to prepare them daily. I found this on AMAZON and it is now my daily go to item. I strap it on my knee for 10 minutes after exercising to reduce inflammation. I then place it on the other knee for another 10 minutes. This 20 minute routine of icing after activity as kept me going so I can continue exercising everyday. Even after I have my knee replacement, I am sure I will use the Neo Wrap and highly recommend it to anyone, any age who is active or plays sports. You will not be disappointed with the results.

This product works well as an ice pack for knees, which is what I primarily use it for. The lower back wrapping is nice, but I was unable to find a way to make the product stay on my shoulder. If this was marketed as only a ice pack, it would get 4 stars, however, their mention of using it as a heat therapy device is ridiculous. Several cells in the product exploded when I attempted to microwave it, I would not recommend using this as a heating pad. My main complaint with this product is that it will not stay cold for more than about 30 minutes, not nearly enough time if you are attempting to ice more than one area.
