Piece of Garbage May 22, 2010
By Ficelle I was in J&R today and they had this, and I recognized the "sitespinner" name from previous research on Amazon, so I bought it. However, I can't even start the program, because it requres a registration number and a serial number to unlock, neither of which are anywhere on or in the box. There is only a "product key" on the back of the instruction book, but that number is not accepted by the unlock box. So I tried to register, because it seemed maybe that was the way to get the numbers I needed, but this product was not even in the drop-down box on the registration form. And of course, the office was closed when I tried the customer support numbers I finally found.
This product says "sitespinnter" on the box, but it is not the site spinner software that everyone raves about.
Complete scam.

Dont buy this product Jan 03, 2011
By Jhon Doe Web design studio can't be registered and it requires serial and registration codes that dont come in the box. You wont be able to use it. I called technical support and waited on hold for two hours, no one ever answered.

password problem Oct 26, 2010
By ron I bought this software and received it promptly. I tried to install it and a serial number and registration number are required. This was supposed to be emailed to me. Amazon doesn't have the info and the 800 number for broderbund won't help me. The program is no good to me if i can't install it.

I can't believe it! Mar 08, 2011
By JJ Joseph This package is a total rip! It looks like a legit package, with nice manual and professional-looking CD, but it can't be registered. I thought it was a simple error, until I read all the other users here with the same problem as described in the other reviews. There is no serial number for registering! Is this an accidental oversight, or was it intentional? Nobody seems to know anything, except that the package is a dud if it can't be registered!

I tried to reach Customer Service Jul 07, 2011
By Audrey I actually posted this as a comment to Alison's post, but thought it would be helpful if posted in a more visible way: Once I saw the post by Alison I was going to try this product, but first decided to call the number and verify the information. I tried two days to get through to Broderbund (that is the owner of the 800 number). I was in no hurry, kept the phone on speaker while doing other things, they never picked up. I decided to download the free trial from Xara [...], as they had raving reviews. I have PrintShop by Broderbund but I just don't like lousy custmer service and to order a product when you already know how bad the CS will be, doesn't make sense. I'd advise people to move on to another product, or at the very least attempt to get through to customer service, if you can't reach them now, you probably won't be able to reach them later either.
