The E 107 is a reliable rack mount power center. This unit has 8 lighted switches that control 8 individual sockets on the rear of the unit. When a power switch is glowing the power outlet on the rear of the unit that matches the switch will be active. The unit can handle a maximum of 15 amps. The unit is protected by a 15 amp breaker on the rear of the unit. If the switches do not turn on reset the breaker in the rear. Weight: 4 lbs. Perfect solution for my setup Oct 01, 2010

I slid this behind my entertainment center and use it to switch off my A/V equipment and other stuff at night to stop the drain of vampire energy. I plugged it into an actual surge protector for a little extra protection (this has a 15 amp circuit breaker built in but is NOT a surge protector - no MOVs on this thing).

A master switch would be nice for those nights I want to turn off EVERYTHING (including modem, router, etc). But it does exactly what I want it to and I like the fact that it's called the "Eliminator" - it fits in very well as I tend to give my AV components similarly badass nicknames.

I was looking for a way to individually be able to turn off parts of my fishtank setup. This lets me turn off just 1 or 2 pumps for servicing while allowing the rest of the tank to run as normal. Perfect item, perfect price!

Sure this thing is only around $20, but this thing was built horribly. I had to snap the buttons back into the metal face plate as they were coming out from the factory. After a few times of switching button #1, it failed and wouldn't turn off. Another button stayed partially illuminated even when off. This is junk, stay away.

So far so Good! Plugs are tight when putting them in and unplugging them but don't look Cheap at All hope it Last Long
